Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Architectural Product Marketing Manager with deep understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry to drive market growth for Acelab's innovative solutions. This role requires someone who speaks the language of architects and designers, understands their workflows, pain points, and aspirations. This understanding will be used to translate our value points into compelling narratives. You'll lead go-to-market initiatives specifically tailored to AEC professionals, develop compelling positioning that resonates with design teams, and cultivate strategic partnerships within the architecture and design ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines extensive AEC industry knowledge with product marketing expertise, thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining the nuanced understanding of how architects and designers work.

Key Responsibilities

AEC-Focused Product Positioning & Go-to-Market
  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that speaks directly to architects, designers, and AEC professionals
  • Lead product launch strategies tailored to AEC market dynamics and design industry decision-making processes
  • Conduct market research within the architecture and design community to inform strategy and identify emerging trends
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear value propositions for design professionals

AEC Industry Partnership Development & Management
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with architecture firms, design agencies, AEC technology vendors, and industry organizations
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans that leverage partner relationships within the design community
  • Drive engagement with AEC partners through industry-specific communication, training, and performance metrics
  • Identify partnership opportunities with design software vendors, architectural publications, and industry associations
  • Create and maintain partner materials that reflect deep understanding of AEC workflows and terminology

Requirements

AEC Industry Experience
  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing or related roles with significant exposure to the AEC industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of architect and designer workflows, project lifecycles, and design decision-making processes
  • Experience working directly with architecture firms, design agencies, or AEC technology companies
  • Proven track record marketing to architectural professionals and design teams

Skills & Expertise
  • Deep familiarity with architectural terminology, design processes, and the challenges facing modern architecture practices
