Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
- Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
- Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last.
Role Scope- Own architectural scope for assigned sites: envelope, code compliance, and life safety from review through closeout.
- Review architectural packages for constructability and conformance to the reference design.
- Drive permitting and AHJ coordination on architectural and life safety scope so approvals never gate the schedule.
- Resolve field architectural issues: envelope details, firestopping, egress conflicts.

- You know building code and life safety at the chapter-and-section level.
- You've run AHJ relationships and gotten to yes on nonstandard designs.
