Full Job Description
TSP is looking for an Architectural Discipline Leader to support and strengthen our Sioux Falls practice through people leadership and collaborative project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to be part of mentoring a talented team, contribute to meaningful architectural projects, and help continue the growth and success of the discipline. You will work closely with and other firm leaders to help guide the future of the practice and support strategic growth initiatives.

This position is part of a planned leadership succession strategy and is designed to provide a thoughtful transition period that supports long-term success for both the team and the individual stepping into this role.
