Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years as an Architect
• Experience implementing AI tools and automation
• Strong applied knowledge of AI and large language models (LLMs)
• Technical expertise in Java, NestJS, React, n8n, RAG, Claude Code, and GitHub
• Familiarity with TOGAF or ArchiMate architecture concepts
• Knowledge of insurance standards (CLIEDIS, ACORD) is a plus
• Leadership skills and strong communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI within business processes and IT ecosystems
• Conduct proofs of concept to validate new AI technologies and solutions
• Identify integration opportunities for AI and process automation
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
• Support teams in adopting AI technologies and tools
• Collaborate with product and IT teams to integrate innovation in an agile manner
