Evaluate current-state processes and recommend future-state operating models.
Platform Design & Configuration
Architect Workfront portfolios, programs, projects, templates, workflows, request queues, and custom forms.
Design enterprise reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level portfolio views.
Establish resource management, capacity planning, and demand management frameworks.
Drive platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Integration & Technical Leadership
Define integration architecture between Workfront and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workfront with:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Experience Cloud
