Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or product management
• Strong understanding of REST and gRPC API design and microservices architecture
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS or GCP
• Experience in translating high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for sprint management
• Ability to assess and prioritize non-functional requirements like performance and security
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team alignment

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for backend APIs and developer tools
• Collaborate with engineering leads to assess architectural options and ensure scalability
• Translate business goals into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize system performance, reliability, security, and observability in product planning
• Act as a liaison between engineering, design, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Track and analyze platform performance metrics and user feedback for product iterations
• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming while ensuring high-quality deliveries
