• Develops creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
• Coordinates drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Analyzes product research and identifies material selections.
• Takes an active role in crafting client and non-client design presentation sand prepares corresponding materials.
• Implements a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects, within the scope of schedule and budget, in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
• Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
• Supports growth of others.
• Expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
• Takes increasing ownership on tasks within project teams and studio activities.
• Participates in design reviews, charettes and pin-ups.

Obtaining your architectural license is a prerequisite for gaining the title of Architect III. Your role and responsibilities do not change solely based on licensure. Rather, advancement is contingent upon fulfilling the requirements of that role.

• Architectural license
