Description

As an Architect at Foster + Partners, you'll join a world-class studio in our Nashville office, contributing to a landmark project in one of the city's most exciting architectural landscapes. This is an opportunity to bring your technical strength, design thinking, and collaborative mindset to a team known globally for innovation, research-led design, and delivering complex projects to the highest standard.

This role is ideal if you want to:
  • Work across all project design stages with a strong focus on Construction Documentation, Administration and Delivery.
  • Take ownership of specific areas of design and contribute meaningfully to large-scale project development.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
  • Strengthen your technical expertise in a Revit-led environment.

What you will bring to the team:
  • 5+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally on large-scale or complex projects.
  • A recognised degree in Architecture with relevant professional accreditation (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
  • Strong technical capability and confidence delivering work to a high professional standard.
  • Proficient Revit skills, with the ability to produce clear, coordinated Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA).
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
