Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in residential architecture; license preferred.
• Ability to independently manage entire project lifecycle from documentation to construction documents.
• Strong skills in 3D/model-based design; expertise in Chief Architect preferred, Revit experience appreciated.
• Registered Architect status preferred; leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings for accuracy, constructability, code compliance, and coordination.
• Resolve issues related to field, detailing, and structural coordination effectively.
• Oversee residential projects from start to finish, ensuring production of construction-ready drawing sets.
• Guide, prioritize, and evaluate the work of a small team of up to five people.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
