Responsibilities• Review drawings for technical accuracy, constructability, code, and coordination.
• Resolve field, detailing, and structural coordination issues with sound judgment.
• Own residential projects through coordinated, construction-ready drawing sets.
• Guide, prioritize, and review the work of a growing team of up to five people.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications• 5-7+ years of residential architectural background; licensed preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from documentation through final CDs.
• Strong 3D/model-based design skills; Chief Architect preferred; Revit experience welcome.
• Registered Architect preferred; strong leadership or team-management experience is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
