"Job Summary
The ServiceNow Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture,
design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform for the
Historical.ai RAG solution. The role is responsible for designing
secure integrations between ServiceNow, the MID Server, and the
on-premises AI/RAG platform while ensuring adherence to
ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, and governance.
The architect will provide technical leadership across the solution
lifecycle, from design through deployment and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
Define the overall ServiceNow solution architecture and
technical roadmap.
Design secure integrations using MID Server, REST APIs,
IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
Architect the Historical.ai user experience within
ServiceNow (Workspace/UI Builder/Portal).
Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance for
enterprise deployment.
Lead technical design reviews and establish development
standards.
Design authentication, authorization, and API security for
external AI integrations.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, AI/ML, Security, and
Business teams to deliver the solution.
Provide technical oversight during development, SIT, UAT,
and production deployment.
Review code quality, solution performance, and platform
governance.
Produce architecture documentation, integration
specifications, and deployment plans.
Required Skill
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture,
ITSM/CSM modules, and platform customization.
Hands-on experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub,
Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and enterprise
integrations.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script
Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs) and UI Builder/Agent
Workspace.
Solid understanding of API security, OAuth, Mutual TLS,
on-premise integrations, and ServiceNow governance best
practices.
Certifications Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
