What You Will Do:

TheArchibusSME will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal client,providingexpert guidance on the implementation and optimization of theArchibusIntegrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out a variety ofArchibusfunctionalities across the enterprise.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Advise the client onArchibuscapabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.

  • Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation ofArchibusmodules.

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.

  • Lead orassistin the configuration ofArchibusmodules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirementsand translate them to technical specifications.

  • Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.

  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption ofArchibusfunctionalities.

  • Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.

  • Lead and support business development byidentifyingnew opportunities andassistingwith proposal development.

What You WillNeed:

  • Ability to obtain a SECRET federal security clearance

  • TEN (10) years of experience implementingArchibus

  • Deep understanding of the Archibus architecture and database structure


What Would Be NicetoHave:

  • Experience working within the Department of State

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and asset management

  • AutoCAD experience with creating and editing floorplan drawings

  • Experience writing SQL, JavaScript, and Java

  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team tofacilitatesystems implementation

  • Experience in presenting communications and/or training related toArchibusfunctionality

  • Experience creating User Guides and User Acceptance Testing scripts

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
