Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in tree care or sales.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain it, with support for exam costs.
• Knowledge of tree and shrub identification, pest diagnosis, and management plans.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Preferred degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and training in your territory.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients to assess their tree and shrub needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the territory.
• Create and present proposals using sales tools and technology.
• Supervise job performance to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
• Set sales goals with supervisor and work towards achieving them.
• Enforce safety and pesticide compliance programs.
