Full Job Description
Position Summary

Our Greenville, SC office has the opportunity for a full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Firm's Accounting department. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will need an advanced understanding of accounting principles and a general knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley. They will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Receivable Manager with daily AR functions while completing their daily tasks; therefore, flexibility and organizational skills are necessary.

We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in the manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance.

Essential Functions
• Manage AR related request for 10+ assigned locations.
• Reconcile client credits.
• Ad hoc reporting.
• Process Refunds via Chrome River.
• Assist AR Manager with special projects.
• Assist with cash receipt postings, as needed.
• Assist with training for new employees.
• Work with General Accounting to reconcile various GLs.
• Manage payment-related requests for the Immigration SelfPay Platform (if assigned).

Requirements
• 3+ years of accounting clerk experience with 2 plus years of higher education OR 5+ years of accounting clerk experience without higher education
• Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office, document management, accounting, imaging, and database software.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Understanding correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to train new employees & introduce new processes to various audiences.
• Regular & predictable attendance.

The pay range for this remote position varies by location. Pursuant to the applicable state and local regulations the pay range for each location is listed below. Actual compensation is contingent on relevant experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and the benefits described below.

Ogletree is a multi-state employer. The pay ranges listed reflect compensation for the specific location identified.
