Role OverviewAs an Applied Gen AI Engineer at Code Rabbit, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced generative AI systems that transform code review and development processes. Your expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Ranking , Knowledge base construction, Agentic flows, and Prompt engineering will be crucial in creating innovative solutions that enhance developer productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement knowledge bases to improve code understanding and generation
- Develop and optimize Agentic flows for automated code review and refactoring
- Craft and refine prompts for various code-related tasks, ensuring high-quality AI-generated outputs
- Integrate Gen AI capabilities into our existing software development workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with product goals with a need of supporting product engineering with customer facing features as needed as well.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to research initiatives
Qualifications- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering , AI, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with a focus on generative AI for a minimum 1 year.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing RAG systems and Agentic flows, creating knowledge base, RHLHF tunings.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering for large language models
- Understanding of Gen AI Architecture and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, research and customer feedback oriented environment
- Knowledge of software development practices and common programming languages
