Job Posting: Clinical Education Specialist - XP Women's Health (Mammography)
Location: Remote (U.S.) - Must be able to travel up to 95%

What You'll Do:
- Deliver on-site clinical training for Siemens MAMMOMAT systems, post-processing workstations, and associated software.
- Prepare training materials and tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility and team.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer confidence and long-term success with the system.
- Act as a clinical expert and ambassador for Siemens Healthineers, helping build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Complete documentation and reports in line with compliance and core processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Modality teams to promote knowledge sharing and team success.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of clinical experience in mammography
- ARRT certification in Mammography (required)
- Experience training others, or in a supervisory/leadership role (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism and customer focus
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively-up to 95% nationwide
