In this role, the successful candidate's principal responsibility will serve to facilitate best-in-class Clinical Education on Siemens Imaging systems and components by providing expert technical training that fosters customer excellence and represents Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism. The candidate will work with the respective modality team members to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and gathering necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training.
    Routine travel Monday through Friday per the Business need. With potential requests to support extended hours and weekends.
  • Engaging in effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting clinical training to educate staff on using Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.
  • Completing regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (Timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, daily in-service reports, etc.).
  • Coordinating and facilitating impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity in a timely manner and cadence.
  • Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs.

Qualifications for this role include:
  • Valid CAMRT or equivalent
  • Angiography Certification
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated clinical experience
  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated clinical experience on contemporary Siemens equipment and software preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous teaching/facilitation experience
  • Bilingualism English / French language: The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):
    • The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;
    • The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
    • The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
