What You'll Be Doing- Leading customer-facing technical engagements from discovery and solution architecture to demonstrations, evaluations, and defining success criteria
- Architecting scalable, differentiated CAE and simulation data management solutions using the Synopsys Simulation & Analysis platform
- Serving as a trusted advisor to key customer accounts, translating business initiatives into simulation-driven Digital Engineering solutions
- Leading assessment and consultancy projects that deliver measurable productivity and quality improvements for customers
- Engaging directly with Directors, VPs, and senior stakeholders to define Digital Engineering strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborating closely with product management and R&D to influence Synopsys product direction
- Mentoring and developing application engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing
- Representing Synopsys externally through conference presentations, industry events, and thought leadership activities

What You'll Need- BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in CAE, engineering software, or Digital Engineering environments
- Deep expertise in simulation workflows, CAE platforms, and simulation data management (SPDM)
- Proven track record architecting and deploying enterprise-scale engineering solutions
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25-50% as required
