As an Applications Engineer at Hydro-Gear, you'll
- Work in a team collaboration environment with a customer Account Manager to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for our direct turf OEM customers and Hydro-Gear
- Participate in vehicle development projects and assure the proper application of our hydraulic and electric products for the direct turf OEM market segment
- Provide ongoing technical support to our direct turf OEM customers in the development, maintenance, and service of the application
- Schedule on site visits with direct turf OEM accounts to discuss new development projects, current production applications, field service and warranty support
Qualifications and Experience
- College degree in related technical, electrical, mechanical engineering field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience
- Strong technical hands-on aptitude
- Great communicator, both written and oral
- Willingness to work in an account team collaboration environment with scheduled travel up to 50%
