Tasks
Some Daily Responsibilities
Ensure successful long-term deployment and integration of our tools into customer workflows.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams to support 8tree's hardware and software development lifecycle.
Provide technical support & system level troubleshooting/debugging to existing customers.
Get involved in a variety of engineering activities that fuel the customer experience, including testing and new feature definition.
Assist Business Development team with pre-sales activities, e.g. customer demos and trade shows.
Cultivate strong relationships with technical counterparts at the customer.
