Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Applications Engineer to bridge the gap between product development and real-world application. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
You will play a key role in supporting product development, validating performance in customer applications, and providing technical expertise to drive adoption and satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

As an Applications Engineer, you will:
  • Support product development: Collaborate with R&D scientists to ensure new products meet application requirements.
  • Conduct application testing: Perform lab and pilot-scale evaluations to validate product performance in customer-specific conditions.
  • Provide technical support: Assist customers and sales teams with product selection, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Develop application guidelines: Create technical documentation, best practices, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to align product capabilities with market needs.
  • Analyze performance data: Interpret test results and provide recommendations for product improvements or application enhancements.
  • Participate in customer trials: Support on-site evaluations and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends: Monitor emerging technologies and application requirements to inform R&D priorities.
