Job Description:- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture
- Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
- Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server)
- Experience with SQL tuning;
- Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops)
- Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects
- Experience as an expert/lead technical role
- Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
- An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
- Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues
- Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements
- Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities
- Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with .Net 4.5 and higher
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Visual Studio 2019 or higher; and
- Experience in writing technical documentation
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with .NET 8.0, ASP.NET MVC Razor pages for developing dynamic web applications
- Experience in Bootstrap, jQuery and other mobile friendly interfaces for responsive UI
- Experience with Angular JS to create interactive and data driven applications;
- Experience with NLog for application logging and IText for generating pdf documents;
- Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements and experience with tools/techniques for
- ensuring web accessibility
- Experience in Oracle Database management and TSQL for data manipulation and retrieval
- Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment, and Azure App Services for deploying cloud-native applications;
- Ability to implement analytics solutions and use Redis and Elastic Search for distributed caching to enhance application speed and reliability
- Experience with code quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube and Sonar cloud, including analyzing code smells and vulnerabilities and integrating automated checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in using wireframe software to create prototype; and
- Generative AI and GitHub Copilot Proficiency.
