Job SummaryThe Opportunity
The Applications Analyst II is vital to the team and responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing software applications. This role also provides training and support to end users.
Essential Functions
-Reviews system requirements and business processes; tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
-Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks.
-Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end-user documentation.
-Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
-Runs reports, updates tables, and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
-Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues, and updates.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required
- Can this role consider and review experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
- Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Blood Bank, with additional experience in LIS an added advantage.

- Ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
- If utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined by program requirements.
