Job Requirements
Position Summary

The Application Systems Analyst II - Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Infor CloudSuite SCM applications and related supply chain systems. This role provides day-to-day application support, troubleshoots system issues, assists with system enhancements, and collaborates with Supply Chain Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and vendor partners to ensure efficient and reliable application performance. The analyst will participate in system analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives while delivering exceptional customer support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, configure, troubleshoot, test, and support Infor CloudSuite SCM modules and related supply chain applications.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve application issues, incidents, service requests, and end-user inquiries, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Participate in impact analysis for new or modified SCM workflows, system functionality, interfaces, reports, and application configurations.
  • Provide functional support for purchasing, requisitioning, receiving, inventory management, item master maintenance, vendor management, contracts, PAR management, and related supply chain processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned SCM application issues by performing root cause analysis, identifying solutions, and coordinating resolution with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop, execute, and document functional, regression, integration, and upgrade testing for system enhancements, break/fix items, and CloudSuite releases.
  • Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, validate system functionality, and recommend application improvements under the guidance of senior analysts or leadership.
  • Create and maintain application documentation, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, testing documentation, training materials, analytical reports, and operational status updates.
  • Monitor application performance, work queues, interfaces, reports, and operational processes to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, reporting teams, interface teams, and external vendors to support stable and efficient CloudSuite SCM operations.


Work Experience

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience supporting business applications, including at least one (1) year performing application analysis, business analysis, programming, or related systems support.
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert, super user, or implementation resource may be considered in lieu of certain application support experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Experience with Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM).
  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and workflows.
  • Experience using Infor Reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate Infor data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
