Application Support EngineerCurtis Power Solutions Charlotte, NC Compensation based on experience and skills ranging from $75,000-$110,000 per year Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Application Support Engineer at our location in Charlotte, NC.
Technical Knowledge- Review and interpret project design documents and scope of work, enhance product knowledge of MTU and power equipment as necessary to fully understand total power solution provided.
- Initiate, coordinate, procure and assemble technical submittal documents for channel review and approval.
- Develop, modify, or procure technical drawings for onsite coordination of interconnects or conduit layouts.
- Learn and understand advanced concepts of building electrical distribution systems and how to apply power generation equipment and related technical scope of work.
- Provide technical support to Sales / Project Management Team.
- Develop, modify, or procure one-line diagrams for project designs.
Communication / Customer Interface - Be the communication hub for internal/external partners to guide project to a successful turnover to the end-user from inception to close-out.
- Project schedule alignment to meet customer and project expectations.
- Salesforce lead to coordinate quality up to date opportunity data.
- Weekly coordination with sales/project management team for application support and submittal duties.
- Understand and respond to customer's sense of urgency evidenced by consistent and timely communication.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with customers (internal & external).
- Additional Responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Qualifications - Knowledge of the power industry and 3-phase power.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively.
- High level of productivity output.

- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands.
- Respond effectively to changes in workload, schedules, and environment
- Engineering Degree preferred; Electrical or Mechanical related.
