Full Job Description
IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements.
  • Able to:
    • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, including user access, security settings, workflow automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.
    • Provide day-to-day operational support, administration, and maintenance for business applications with emphasis on Salesforce CRM, ensuring high availability and reliable performance.
    • Review or interpret application code to aid in troubleshooting.
    • Perform quality assurance testing for in-house and third-party applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, bugs, and performance issues.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
    • Deploy application updates, patches, and configuration changes while following IT and security standards.
    • Write and execute SQL queries for analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
    • Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Windows, PowerShell) to support automation.
    • Document system configurations, support processes, and technical procedures.
    • Maintain familiarity with security and compliance requirements.
    • Deliver responsive and professional customer service to airport staff and stakeholders.

SALARY

Pay Range: $76,294.40 to $112,715.20 annually.

Hiring Range: $76,294.40 to $102,232.00 annually.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of experience in computer applications programming and development and systems analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
  • Two years of experience with/in:
    • Declarative customization - ability to build automations, workflows, and process flows without writing code.
    • Data Management: proficiency in importing/exporting data, managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security sharing rules.
    • Hands-on experience designing complex reports and executive dashboards.
    • Coding: proficiency in SQL, Apex, or JavaScript.
    • Salesforce CRM: working within a live Salesforce org, performing tasks such as configuration, data management, user support, and/or process automation.
    • Performing day-to-day CRM administration including user management, security configuration, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
    • Requirements gathering - ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and write user stories.
    • Writing and/or maintaining simple automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Windows scripting).
    • Supporting complex software applications and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with stakeholder communication - collaborating with end-users and management to provide training and technical support.
  • Experience with project management - planning and overseeing system updates, patches, and deployment of new apps
  • Experience creating clear and accurate documentation.
  • Experience using cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience and knowledge of IT security standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, preferably Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or specialized clouds (like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
