Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming legacy systems into high-performing, scalable platforms? As the Application Reliability Lead, you'll helm a Tier 3 support and enhancement team responsible for over 60 mission-critical applications-spanning internal operations and customer-facing experiences. This isn't just about keeping the lights on; it's about driving innovation, elevating reliability, and mentoring a high-performing team into the future of software delivery.
What You'll Own- Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a blended team of employees and contractors.
- Agile Execution: Champion agile practices to accelerate issue resolution and deliver enhancements with speed and precision.
- System Modernization: Spearhead efforts to refactor and replatform legacy systems for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Team Development: Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a resilient and collaborative team culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent documentation, support processes, and service quality across the portfolio.
What You Bring- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Azure)
- 2+ years of leadership in a technical environment, with a track record of team development and delivery excellence
- Deep understanding of software reliability, performance tuning, and legacy system transformation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; bonus points for a CS degree or relevant certifications in Agile, DevOps, or Microsoft technologies
Bonus Skills- 10+ years in software delivery roles across enterprise environments
- Experience leading modernization initiatives or digital transformation programs
- Strong grasp of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:$120-170,000/ year range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
