Full Job Description
We are looking for an Application Readiness Lead to join our growing team in United States!

This role is ultimately accountable for ensuring that every application is restored, validated, governed, and approved for return to service in accordance with the client organization's recovery framework. The individual serves as the executive integrator across recovery domains, providing leadership, transparency, and assurance to client executives that systems are ready to safely resume business operations following a cyber-event.

Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning technology delivery, program governance, cyber recovery, operational resilience, technology transformation, or enterprise operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, high-visibility programs involving executive stakeholders and complex organizational dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, enterprise applications, data restoration, and operational readiness practices.
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience operating in crisis management, cyber incident recovery, or mission-critical operational environments strongly preferred.
