Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Application Product Owner for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.
- Experience managing web and/or mobile application products.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues with minimal direction.
- Perform and lead field investigations of application issues and interface with field users and management.
- Perform and lead application training and provide input in the development of training materials.
- Perform data analysis and assist in the development of reports.
- Perform application administrative functions and develop associated administrative procedures.
- Take the lead to assist support staff in investigating and resolving application issues.
- Lead efforts with business unit employees to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications.
- Provide assistance, and guidance to employees across the corporation in the proper use of applications.
- Lead the development of application testing plans and take a lead role in providing required user training plans.
- Investigate and resolve application issues with minimal direction from senior staff.
- Perform application field investigations and interface with field staff and management.
- Perform data analysis.
- Participate in process design and develop business cases.
- Perform application training.
- Coordinate field user group activities.
- Perform application administrative functions with minimal direction from senior staff.
- Develop test plans and participate in testing.
- Develop training plans/materials.
- Participate in the collection of user requirements from field users.
- Discuss technical issues competently with team members, end users and management.
- Exhibit a high level of understanding of application functionality and associated business process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Engineering, Math, or Statistics Field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 8 Years of Experience with Bachelor's Degree.
