Work you'll do

As an Engineering Manager II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise applications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver application enhancements aligned with business goals and technology standards.
  • Coordinate across multiple program increments, manage resource allocation, and drive delivery of project milestones.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee application stability, incident and change management, compliance activities, budget oversight, and continuous performance improvement.

Our flexible delivery models- traditional teams, pools, or pods, are tailored for each client's needs, offering engineering-led Advise, Implement, & Operate capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise applications
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver application enhancements
  • Experience with Java, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and artificial intelligence tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or AI agents
  • Experience supporting government projects
  • Ability to travel up to 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications
  • Experience working in a software development life cycle (SDLC) environment that uses artificial intelligence tools
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
