Application EngineerThis role is responsible for the development and execution of seatbelt application products.
In this role you will beresponsible for- Creating / Validating Product Design for Seatbelts
- Project Development: Lead, execute and support various project activities during technical critical phases of awarded programs.
- Product validation per customer requirements in time to support production launch.
- Develop designs that are aligned with the customer's needs and Autoliv's product/process roadmap
- Working with the customer to negotiate styling vs. Autoliv standard design/processes.
What is required:- BS Mechanical Engineering
- Seatbelt application or development engineering.
- Test development and analysis.
- Root cause and corrective action experience.
- Product Experience (Seatbelts)
- Design / CAD
- Perform Tolerance Stack
- Apply GD&T on Drawings
- Ability to understand manufacturing needs
- Problem Solving Skills
