Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience with an enterprise iPaas (integration platform as a service) such as Boomi, Mulesoft or Snaplogic, preferably Boomi.
• Strong knowledge of database capabilities and API-driven integration frameworks; solid understanding of SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Experience developing solutions on an AI platform such as Palantir is a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of application development experience on a modern stack, building RESTful services and CI/CD-backed deployments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., DAST/SAST/SCA) and severity-based remediation workflows.
• Practical experience with secure file transfer (SFTP) and key management in automated pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions, leveraging best practices in data model design and integration capabilities.
• Design and develop custom applications on the AI platform Palantir for integration into McCarthy's ecosystem.
• Promote modular solution design for maximum reusability, maintaining a robust integration environment.
• Evaluate technical capabilities for new applications and platforms during procurement processes.
• Provide technical support for application teams, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
• Ensure solutions meet McCarthy's security practices, enforcing security requirements during development.
• Continuously seek opportunities for performance improvement and automation in existing solutions.
