Job Description:
Recent and relevant experience designing, building, and supporting CPOE orders for Transfusion
Medicine workflows in Ambulatory and Acute Care within Cerner. Ambulatory experience is Mandatory.
Relevant Cerner experience.
Strong competencies with Cerner PowerChart orders, order sets, MPages, functionality and end-to-end
workflows as it relates to Transfusion Medicine and clinical documentation; excellent skills in
configuration and testing of Transfusion Designs.
Experience with CCLs and reporting considered an asset, but not mandatory.
Ability to engage with relevant design and informatics teams in the execution of deliverables.
Ability to work with and develop/complete DCWs as well as custom requirement gathering documentation in collaboration with relevant partners in informatics and build teams.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated as well as work as part of a larger diffuse team.
