Role Responsibilities

Application Architect with 10+ years of Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable, microservices-based platforms and modern cloud-native solutions. Proven expertise in driving business transformation through AI-driven innovation, developer productivity platforms (DevEx), and data-centric architectures. Strong track record working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance systems, embedding AI-assisted development workflows, and improving engineering velocity through automation, CI/CD, and intelligent tooling. Adept at aligning technology strategies with business goals to deliver measurable outcomes in quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

  • Hands-on coding architect working with engineering and business partners to define and build out complex solutions driving value through business process simplification, automation and new product capabilities and AI-driven innovations
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions aligned with modern AI and data-driven technology standards
  • Lead product solutioning end-to-end new innovations, including embedding AI capabilities into core product workflows with iterative improvements
  • Architect and enable developer experience platforms (DevEx) that incorporate AI tooling for coding, debugging, code review, and knowledge discovery
  • Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development
  • Establish best practices for AI-driven developer efficiency, including automated code generation, intelligent testing, documentation generation, and refactoring

Role Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related fields with 10+ years of professional experience or MS with 8+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to understand business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements
  • Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards
  • Experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D
  • Demonstrated experience in programming languages (for example, Java/Python) and design patterns
  • Hands-on experience in building microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale
