The Application Analyst-Service Automation is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Responsibilities include coordinating the configuration and release of new features, testing, implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades, monitoring and resolving system issues. As the expert and escalation point for other IT team members, the Application Analyst-Service Automation will provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, configure and maintain assigned applications using best practices. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize, configure and develop appropriate solutions, continuously improve and optimize service capabilities, and p rovide training on system.
This role will require three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health's Womens and Families hospital.
Education
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Required)
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
• 1 Year experience as an administrator, developer or implementer with demonstrated technical and process knowledge with automation tools. (Required)
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, SFTP, Restful API, LLM, system integration, job scheduling and agentic AI tools and desire to learn and gain proficiency in AirFlow, Azure Foundry AI and Search and other related tools and applications including ServiceNow AI (Required)
• Familiar with change management and operational support processes (Preferred)
• 1 Year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment (Preferred)
• Combination of programming, application development, related infrastructure, technical skills and scripting may be considered in lieu of platform specific experience.
