Job Description:- Design, develop, and implement application integrations connecting Oracle OCI, Oracle Utilities CC&B, enQuesta (CIS), CityWorks, and other enterprise systems
- Build and maintain middleware solutions, APIs, and data mappings to ensure seamless, secure data flow across DWSD's IT ecosystem
- Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices and APIs within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ecosystem
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software integrations, cloud-native applications, and API interactions
- Collaborate with client business stakeholders to define requirements, identify integration issues, and deliver scalable solutions
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for applications and integration investments
- Document workflows between client's payment systems and Customer Service Portal; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Develop and execute test cases for integrations, upgrades, and new deployments; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support CI/CD pipeline optimization and cloud performance tuning
- Create application prototypes and mockups to validate functional requirements with stakeholders
- Provide end-user training and technical documentation
- Identify risks and dependencies across applications, systems, and business processes
Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of progressive experience as a computer specialist or information systems analyst
- 5+ years of Oracle OCI integration development and design experience
- 5+ years developing test cases for software integrations and upgrades, preferably in a utility or public sector environment
- Proven experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Utilities CC&B, enQuesta, or CityWorks (or comparable utility/CIS systems)
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend integration and microservices development
- Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
- Skilled in data mapping, ETL processes, and middleware configuration
- Strong SQL skills; experience with database management and stored procedures
