Pay Range: $83,156.00 - $117,458.00 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Application Analyst I supports the design, build, configuration, testing, documentation, and operational support of assigned applications under guidance. This role assists with workflow build, system changes, issue resolution, go-live support, and on-call coverage while escalating complex issues to senior analysts or leadership.

As an Application Analyst, a typical day may include:
  • Supporting application design and build activities for assigned workflows, configurations, screens, templates, data fields, and customer-defined functionality under guidance from senior analysts and leadership
  • Participating in workflow review sessions with Operations and application team members to understand business needs and apply approved build standards
  • Using external resources and established standards to support best-practice build decisions and maintain synchronization between environments
  • Participating in unit, application, integrated, upgrade, and enhancement testing; execute test scripts and document results, issues, and troubleshooting outcomes,
  • Providing basic go-live, post go-live, and on-call application support, escalating more complex customer or build issues when appropriate
  • Maintaining clear ticket communication with customers, including status updates, resolution notes, and closure documentation for incidents, catalog requests, and enhancements
  • Documenting system modifications, workflow changes, decisions, risks, and issues in required tracking tools while maintaining version control
  • Following established issue tracking, change control, and escalation processes to support timely resolution and closure of assigned work
  • Assisting with future-state materials, training curriculum review, change readiness documentation, and basic process improvement recommendations,

An associate's degree with 2 or more years of relevant work experience

A Certification in Hospital Billing - Epic

1-2 years of application, system build, support, healthcare, or related experience preferred,
