Job Title: Application Analyst - CareConnect (Tapestry)

Position Summary:Seeking an experienced Application Analyst with strong Epic Tapestry expertise to provide support for AP Claims, CRM, and Utilization Management (UM) functions. This is a remote contract role covering a leave of absence, with an immediate need for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, maintain, and support Epic Tapestry applications.
- Support AP Claims processing workflows, CRM functionality, and UM-related activities.
- Analyze business processes and system workflows to recommend and implement solutions.
- Perform system design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and user support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to identify requirements and optimize system performance.
- Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, training, and documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance, system testing, and application enhancements.
Required Qualifications:- Epic Tapestry Certification (required).
- Minimum 6 years of Epic Tapestry configuration experience.
- Experience supporting AP Claims, CRM, and preferably Utilization Management (UM).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems and healthcare operations.
- Experience with system workflow analysis and business process design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and related technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a healthcare organization.

Ideal Candidate:- Epic Tapestry Certified professional with extensive configuration experience.
- Background supporting payer operations, claims management, CRM, and UM workflows.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Available to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours.
Duration:- June 15 - December 18 (Leave of Absence Coverage).
Schedule:- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST.
