Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technology Consultant - Appian to design, develop, and implement business process automation and workflow solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Appian development experience, strong integration expertise, and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and configure:
  • Appian Interfaces (SAIL)
  • Process Models
  • Records
  • Integration Objects
  • Reports and Dashboards
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and case management solutions.
  • Integrate Appian applications with external systems using APIs, web services, and databases.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Support application deployment, testing, and production releases.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application functionality.
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommend best practices aligned with Appian standards.
  • Support technical documentation, knowledge transfer activities, and client demonstrations.
Technical Skills

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Clearance Requirements
  • Federal Health Agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Public Trust clearance
