Full Job Description
Role Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian low code platform
• Build scalable, record centric applications using Appian best practices
• Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Lead design discussions and perform code reviews
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Support deployments across Dev, QA, and Production environments
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support UAT, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives Managerial skills, nice to have
• Ability to lead small development teams and own delivery of assigned modules
• Mentor and coach junior developers on Appian best practices and design standards
• Conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Track progress, identify risks, and raise issues escalations proactively
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and Appian development standards
• Support release planning, cutover activities, and postproduction stabilization
• Provide input on resourcing, technical dependencies, and solution feasibility
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
