Position Summary
Develops and maintains internal case-processing functionality on the Appian platform, supporting the agency-side Oracle EE transactional and analytics databases. Contributes full-stack and database development and helps diagnose and resolve application performance issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Appian-based internal case-processing workflows.
• Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL against transactional and analytics databases.
• Contribute full-stack web development and maintain legacy components as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve application performance issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery, design meetings, and daily scrums.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and relevant IT Experience
• 2- 4 years of government program Appian development.
• Oracle / PL/SQL.
• Full-stack web development.
• Agile delivery.
• Application performance diagnosis.
Preferred (Optional) Skills and Experience:
• ColdFusion or other legacy-platform maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of the internal case-processing architecture.
• Experience integrating Appian with Kafka and third-party APIs.
