AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking an
Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within the network through patient engagement, digital health tools, cultural sensitivity, and accessible locations.
Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health
- Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
- Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
- Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Education & Experience - Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
- Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred
Licensure, Certification & Registration - Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
- Active DEA license
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
- BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
