  • Conduct discovery with stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration-led improvements that enable ERAS Application product managers to enhance the end-user experience.
  • Lead technical conversations with external and internal engineering teams to ensure API SLAs, technical documentation, and bi-directional contract adherence are maintained.

Product Health & Incident Strategy:

  • Manage the end-to-end reliability and developer experience of the API ecosystem.
  • Monitor performance and lead the business-side response for production issues, ensuring communication with external partners during service interruptions.

Platform Governance & Policy:

  • Establish, manage, and enforce business rules for data entitlements and API usage.
  • Ensure all data-sharing practices align with organizational risk standards, data access policies, and external contractual agreements.

  • High-Stakes Operational Support:
  • Experience managing production health and business-side incident response for mission-critical services during peak volume or milestone events.
  • Systems Thinking:
  • Ability to manage bidirectional dependencies where the product relies on both native data and partner-managed endpoints.

Preferred Qualifications:
