As a Managed Services Engineer III, you will be responsible for...
• Support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of managed services solutions across application and platform environments
• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot defects, and resolve production issues in accordance with service-level commitments
• Configure, test, and deploy changes, enhancements, and fixes using established release and change-management procedures
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and issue-resolution records
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to track dependencies, escalate risks, and drive issue resolution

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business
• 6+ years of experience in performance engineering, load testing and API validation
• Experience tracking project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting across multiple workstreams
• Experience in JMeter and/or LoadRunner
• Experience in EDI testing including IBM ITX
• Experience coordinating work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting software development lifecycle activities, release planning, and production readiness
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience supporting cloud-based or enterprise application delivery
• Experience preparing project dashboards, reporting, and executive status materials
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification
• Experience supporting financial tracking, resource planning, or vendor coordination
