Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our APC Collaborative Teaching Pod within our Internal Medicine team in Southborough , MA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.Primary Responsibilities:The APC Collaborative Teaching Pod is a unique and innovative opportunity for learning Value Based Primary Care. The four providers to join the Pod will work together to co-manage a panel of patients, supported by their supervising physician and a different preceptor for each session. Each month they will have a didactics session and opportunities to learn from their colleagues in medical specialties. The Teaching Pod will last for one year, with the potential for job placement within the organization after successful completion of the program.

- Extensive specialty rotations include Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Urology, and more.
- Monthly didactic sessions led by specialists, primary care leaders, clinical pharmacists, and patient experience experts.
- Hands-on procedural training including suture, skin biopsies, orthopedic injections, Nexplanon, IUD placement, and incision & drainage.
- Integrated behavioral health exposure through collaborative patient care visits.
- Daily chart rounds that promote clinical reasoning, case discussion, and team-based learning.

Required Qualifications:- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active DEA License
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working within a Team Care model
- Fluency in EMR systems & technology
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
