Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist (AP/CP) to join our growing, collegial, and collaborative outpatient pathology practice affiliated with
Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) in Austin, Texas.
We are looking for a well-rounded pathologist with strong diagnostic skills and a particular interest and expertise in
breast pathology, gynecologic pathology, and cytopathology. The successful candidate will join a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care, quality diagnostics, and outstanding customer service to our clinician partners.
Position Highlights- Primarily outpatient pathology practice
- Diverse case mix with significant exposure to:
- Breast pathology
- Gynecologic biopsy pathology
- Gynecologic cytology
- General surgical pathology
- Collaborative environment with experienced subspecialty-trained pathologists
- Opportunity to contribute to a growing and respected regional pathology practice.
Qualifications- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
- Fellowship training in Cytopathology required
- Demonstrated expertise in breast pathology and gynecologic pathology
- Eligibility for an unrestricted Texas medical license
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
