Aon Global Risk Consulting Large Market & Industry Practice Leader

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any US Aon office.

What the day will look like

  • We have an excellent opportunity in our Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) NA practice for a Large Market Leader. This leader will help drive strategy across this segment and to manage the relationships with Aon's Enterprise Client Group (ECG) - both with clients and internal Aon representatives. The responsibility will be to assess current services and identify open opportunities to drive client retention and revenue growth in this critical client segment. This will be in support of the current executive sponsor leading this initiative.
  • Opportunity to be the AGRC Project manager for select ECG clients driving performance, client relationships, and growth.
  • The additional role will be to assist in organizing AGRC NAs Regional Industry Practice strategy. This will be in support of the current executive sponsor leading this initiative and collaboration with AGRC Global Industry Practice leadership.
  • Active member of the AI Working Team to help drive innovation and operational efficiencies and be accountable for the execution of AI driven solutions - marrying consulting with technology.
  • Will collaborate with the AGRC NA Growth Team for broader growth opportunities and support from an ECG perspective.
  • Ensure Aon is delivering best in class services to our clients, innovate new consulting solutions and drive revenue growth. A critical requirement is to drive an integrated approach across all solutions, supported by data and analytics.
  • Relationship building within the Aon network, including market level account executives, producers, casualty broking leadership and office leaders.
  • Be an active member of the AGRC North American Leadership team, reporting directly to the AGRC North American Leader.

Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
