Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing North American Android Enablement Specialist & Trainer to lead the strategic development and delivery of training programs for our North American retail and carrier partners. This role is pivotal in driving adoption for Android across US carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon as well as major Canadian carriers.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in the consumer technology landscape and a pioneer in modern instructional design. You will leverage generative AI tools to revolutionize content creation workflows, delivering agile, high-impact training such as micro-learnings and short-form videos. As a core member of the enablement team, you will ensure our sales force and partners possess the deep product knowledge and selling skills required to achieve their full potential in a rapidly evolving AI-driven market.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Location: Remote; this role will require up to 60% travel so proximity to an Airport hub is preferred.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- North American Program Management: Design and execute training strategies tailored for major North American carrier partners, such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Telus, Bell, and retail partners such as Best Buy, Target and Walmart
- Modern eLearning Development: Utilize popular SCORM authoring tools
ndmdash;including Articulate, Rise, and Evolve
ndmdash;to build and maintain a library of interactive, mobile-first learning modules
- AI-Enhanced Workflows: Actively integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate content development, automate administrative tasks, and personalize learning paths
- Multimedia Content Creation: Produce modern training formats, specifically focusing on micro-learning sessions and engaging short-form video content to meet the needs of retail sales associates
- High-Impact Delivery: Conduct virtual training webinars and in-person sessions that effectively communicate complex technical features and consultative selling techniques
- Performance Analysis: Conduct field observations and use data-driven insights to identify improvement areas, reporting findings to the Training Manager and Sales Leadership
- Asset Management: Create and maintain up-to-date sales resources, including playbooks, scripts, and digital collateral tailored for the North American market
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of successful training and enablement experience, preferably within the direct marketing, telecommunications, or consumer technology sectors
- Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Instructional Design Mastery: Proven proficiency in designing interactive training materials using SCORM-compliant tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Evolve) and curriculum design focused on adult learning principles
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, AI video/audio editors) to improve content creation speed and quality
- Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) for real-time collaboration and presentation design
- Communication Excellence: Impeccable oral, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to deliver high-energy presentations to diverse audiences
- Sales Acumen: Ability to stage a consultative selling process that connects complex product features with consumer needs and overcomes common retail objections
- Ability to travel extensively across the North American region as needed for field observations and partner events
