JOB DESCRIPTION


As an Analytics Solutions Director in the Data & Analytics Strategic Execution & Business Operations Team, you will define and drive our multi-year strategic roadmap, lead talented managers and associates, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will establish governance frameworks, set organizational objectives, and ensure alignment across Consumer & Community Banking’s data priorities. Together, we will convert ambiguity into clarity, foster a culture of innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes that matter.

Job responsibilities

  • Define, own, and evolve the strategic operating model to support organizational growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and individual contributors
  • Advise senior leaders by synthesizing complex inputs into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives
  • Architect and govern portfolio management frameworks, including prioritization and resource allocation
  • Design and institutionalize OKR/KPI frameworks that connect execution to enterprise outcomes
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to sustained adoption
  • Establish and chair governance forums and working groups to accelerate decision-making
  • Identify inefficiencies and sponsor automation, tooling, and process re-engineering programs
  • Own executive communications strategy, including board-level materials and stakeholder updates
  • Maintain a strong controls mindset and ensure compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory frameworks
  • Anticipate leadership needs and act decisively as an extension of the leadership team
  • Champion AI/ML adoption within Business Operations, driving high-value use cases and pilots

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or analytics leadership
  • Four years of experience managing teams
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise operating models, portfolio governance frameworks, and OKR systems
  • Deep expertise in Lean-Agile delivery at scale
  • Experience establishing PMO or Strategic Operations functions
  • Proven ability to influence and advise C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational initiatives to business outcomes
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving resolution
  • Proactive orientation toward AI tooling and automation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with board-level and regulator-facing materials
  • Proficiency in executive productivity and portfolio tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Monday.com or equivalent)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent internal corporate strategy role
  • Prior experience in financial services, especially Consumer Banking or Cards
  • Familiarity with data & analytics operating models, governance, or platform strategy
  • Experience leading organizational change management or large-scale cultural transformation
