DescriptionLiberty Mutual is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team responsible for helping the business understand how our direct sales channels are performing and where we can improve. This team focuses on the customer experience across phone-based sales and digital channels, including how customers engage with us, move through the sales process, and ultimately purchase a policy.
In this role, you will manage a team of analysts who produce forecasts, monthly performance reporting, and in-depth analysis for a large and strategically important part of the business. Your team’s work will help leaders understand whether performance is on track, what is driving results, and where action may be needed to improve outcomes.
This is a highly analytical leadership role. We are looking for someone who is not only strong with data, but also skilled at turning data into a clear and compelling story. The right candidate will be able to look across multiple metrics, identify how changes in one area may affect another, and help leadership understand both the “what” and the “why” behind business performance.
You will also be a hands-on people leader who enjoys developing analytical talent and helping teams increase their influence and impact. This role requires someone who can guide others through ambiguous business questions, support thoughtful analysis, and help translate insights into clear recommendations for business leaders.
This role may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
**This is a ranged posting for an Assistant Director or a Director level role. Level offered will be based on candidate skills and experience at manager discretion.**
