Who You'll Be Working With

As a Analytics Lead, you'll join our innovative Analytics and Data Science practice, a team dedicated to creating dynamic, integrated analytics solutions that drive business success. We work across digital marketing channels-Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social, Video, Affiliate, Brand, and Mobile-to help some of the world's most recognized brands make smarter decisions and achieve their goals.

In this role, you'll collaborate with talented professionals across Media, Client Strategy, Ad Operations, and Technology to deliver actionable insights and custom analytics solutions for clients across a variety of industries. What You'll Be Doing
  • Leads dashboard and reporting delivery across campaigns and channels.
  • Owns ongoing stakeholder prioritization and analytics roadmaps by client or pod.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to align on KPIs and business questions.
  • Designs and manages advanced dashboards and measurement solutions.
  • Translates client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment.
  • Independently leads experiments (A/B, geo-holdouts) and interprets results.
  • Supports attribution or MMM workstreams with data analysis and input prep.
  • Presents findings in client meetings and connects results to business impact.
  • Develops internal frameworks, templates, and documentation to drive consistency.
  • Provides feedback and QA for junior analyst work.
  • Works closely with cross-functional leads to ensure measurement alignment.
  • Supports onboarding of new analysts through knowledge sharing.
  • Uses AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making in their role.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.
